At Kyoti, customers may exchange for a different size within 7 days from date of purchase. Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Customers will be responsible for all postage and re-postage. Delivery charges, or the cost of returning products are not refunded except when a product is received faulty. Items must be sent via a method that is trackable.

Kyoti does not offer refunds or store credits on sale items or earrings. If the product is received faulty, Kyoti will fully refund or replace the piece including any postage costs incurred by the customer. Returns must be notified via email to hello@kyoti.com.au, within 2 days of receiving the order and must include a photo of the fault, a description of the fault, and also proof of purchase. The faulty item must be received back within 14 days of the purchase date to be replaced, refunded, or repaired. The item must also be returned in original condition with swing tags, packaging, and also unworn.

In the rare event of a defective item, Kyoti provides a nine-month warranty commencing from the order date. This warranty specifically addresses any manufacturing flaws but excludes damages resulting from regular wear and tear, oxidization, and broken chains.

Shipping is through Australia post and can take between 3 - 20 days. Delivery time will vary depending on the country that you are ordering from.
